Shipping, Returns & Exchanges – FAQs
How Long Will It Take For My Order to Process?
Orders are processed within 5-10 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If a package is confirmed lost or stolen, reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item is damaged in transit, we’ll replace it at no cost. We may ask for photos to help assess the issue.
What if I received the wrong item?
If we sent the wrong item, we’ll ship the correct one at no cost. We’ll provide return instructions if needed.
What is a “Returned to Sender” (RTS) order?
An RTS order is returned due to an address issue or delivery failure. Once the item is received back into inventory and the address is corrected, it can be reshipped. Customers are responsible for reshipment shipping costs.
Can I exchange an item or swap sizes?
Yes. Customers are responsible for return shipping. This is standard practice for merchandise fulfillment.
Can I Cancel My Order?
After an order is submitted, processing begins and the order cannot be canceled. If there are questions about canceling an order, please contact us at contact@kapowmerch.com
Can I Return My Order?
